It's completely not edited.... straight out of the cam.

I was just having some fun with tealights. :) I think i will do so again and play with the arrangement some more.

ok this might be the standout shot. The one thing that might bring out a little more, would be to get a lamp over this or put this UNDER a light source so you can bring down the exposure to get detail in the tea lights while still keeping some detail in the flooring.

Either way this is pretty.

Then agian I love the reflections from the lower angle shots too.

Hehe thanks! This one completely evaded me the other night. I'm glad you like it. I think this is one of the prettier angles of the heart.

But i'm not sure i'm understanding the lamp and stuff.... wouldn't that just ruin the darkness of the picture?

not a bright lamp, just enough to bring out the floor while letting you expose less to get the flames in the candles... and yes this is a good angle, could go slightly lower even maybe.
